Tax Consulting

IRS and state tax rules are complex and change often. If not handled properly in a timely manner, taxes and penalties can add up quickly and become very expensive. Our Tax Consulting Services focus on minimizing tax exposure and providing our clients financially sound guidance. In addition, we will review your previous three years of tax returns for any additional refunds at no cost to you and you can keep any additional refunds.

Estimated Tax Payments

The IRS collects taxes as you earn income. For the self-employed who do not set up payroll, the IRS requires estimated payments for taxes owed. If you owe $1,000 or more, you should pay at least all of last year's taxes or 90% of this year's estimated taxes. We can help you determine the estimated amount due each business quarter and avoid underpayment penalties.
